Website regulations
Introduction -
Welcome to the Bera Ladar website (hereinafter: "the Website") operated by Bera Ladar, Tel Aviv-Yafo 034691956, from the address: Beit El 12 Tel Aviv. (hereinafter: "the Website Management" and/or "the Company").
Any use of the site constitutes agreement to these regulations, and the terms and conditions contained therein.
The site enables a service of conversations between site users and real people (hereinafter: "the profile and/or listener").
The same profile or listener appears on the site anonymously and without a picture, with some of those listeners being professionals from a variety of fields (for example: lawyer, doctor, CPA, etc.), some in different personal statuses (single or married or divorced), some with children and some without. In each profile on the site, the user will be able to know who the profile is in front of him and read a brief explanation about that profile and decide whether he is interested in talking to him or not.
The regulations may change from time to time, and the user must update the regulations each time they access the site. Browsing the site and/or using it of any kind, constitutes agreement to the terms of the regulations and an obligation to act in accordance with them. It is clarified that the regulations constitute a legally binding agreement for all purposes and binds the user to all of his use of the site.
The masculine form of these regulations is for convenience only, and the regulations apply equally to both sexes.
The services provided through the website are subject to the terms and conditions detailed in these regulations.
The mere fact of ordering services on the site will constitute a declaration by the user that he has read, understood and agreed to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions constitute a binding contract between the user and the site management.

The site enables friendly voice call services between people, including professionals, for the purpose of entertainment and leisure, where these calls are not binding and do not constitute binding professional advice of any kind. Rather, they only constitute personal opinions and worldviews (where this should not be seen as any type of advice).
Services can be ordered by registering on the site depending on the availability of the person with whom the user wishes to chat.
You can pay for the website services using a credit card and/or Bit and/or PayPal (hereinafter: "Means of Payment"), subject to approval by the website management.
After placing the call order, the listener will contact the phone number entered in the system on the scheduled day and time (if there is no answer or it is on hold, the listener will try up to 3 times for about 5 minutes to call and after 5 minutes will send an SMS message and will be available for an additional 5 minutes until the end of the call that was ordered. If the orderer does not answer the listener, for those 10 minutes, he will be charged for the hour of the call as ordered, if he answers after 10 minutes, then those 10 minutes will be part of that order (according to the listener's discretion).
The price of the services includes VAT, subject to law.
The site management reserves the right to discontinue its services at any time.
The right to use the site is open to anyone who has reached the age of 18. An invitation will be possible for anyone who has registered for the site and made an invitation for a "friendly conversation" using a valid means of payment and who has an e-mail address that will be provided when registering for the site. A minor who performs actions will be considered a minor who has received the permission of his parents and/or guardian, if any, to make the purchase on the site. If the listener discovers that the person in question is a minor, he will have the option to immediately terminate the service and the payment for the service will not be refunded to the minor and/or his parents.
Cancellations and changes to service types -
Transaction cancellation and product return policy, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 5771-2010 and the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
A service that has been scheduled for a user can be canceled at any time, provided that the user informs the site management about the cancellation or change of date at least 24 hours before the call date, and the user will be entitled to a full refund or to transfer the payment to another call date.
As stated, cancellation of an order will be possible up to 24 hours from the date of placing the order, subject to written notification by email: bariledaber@gmail.com and/or by message on the website and/or by call and/or message to telephone number: 055-5548177, provided that this is done prior to providing the service and with advance notice as stated above.
In the event of a rejection notice being delivered within a period of less than 24 hours before the meeting, the first rejection for that user will be free of charge, the next rejection will cost 25% of the service price.
In the event of a cancellation notice being given less than 24 hours before the meeting, the user will be charged 50% of the service fee. This policy was established in light of the fact that at this point, it is almost impossible to fill the time that has become available, and the listeners' time has been completely lost.
In the event of a no-show/no-answer on the phone without providing a cancellation or rejection notice, the client will be charged the full cost of the service and will not be entitled to a refund. This policy was established in light of the fact that this situation causes great harm to the listener, the listeners, and other clients waiting to make an appointment with the same listener.
The cancellation or rejection notice will include the full details of the order: the client's name and ID number, the date of the meeting to be canceled, and the name of the profile/listener with whom the meeting was scheduled.
Refunds cannot be received for services that have been performed.
Availability -
The availability of services is subject to the availability published on the website from time to time for that profile.

Warranty and service -
The services will be provided in accordance with the service packages that will be offered by the site management upon commencement of the service.
The length of the service is based on the time determined in advance or according to the listener's availability.
The person requesting the service undertakes to engage in respectful conversation with the other party. If the conversation becomes violent and/or disrespectful, the listener must stop the conversation immediately and the person requesting the service will not be entitled to a refund.
The site management is not responsible for mental and/or physical and/or financial damage and/or any other damage caused during the service or following the use of the products.
The site management disclaims all responsibility for the content written on the site or for its use and its consequences, and these conversations should not be viewed as binding advice of any kind.
The listeners/service providers on the site are not professionals. Their answers constitute personal opinions only and do not constitute professional advice, with the entire purpose of the discussion being for entertainment and leisure purposes.
It should be clarified - although the conversation is conducted with a real professional (lawyer, doctor, CPA, etc.), the conversation should not be viewed as binding professional advice, and that user should not make demands or claims regarding the conversation that took place with that profile, as this should not be viewed as professional advice, but rather as a friendly conversation and nothing more.
Information security and privacy -
The site administration may use the information provided by the user when registering on the site in order to provide that user with the requested information and services. This personal information will not be disclosed or used further for marketing purposes without permission and will not be transferred to a third party without the user's express consent.
The content of the service and disclosure of personal information during the calls will never be disclosed to another person or any party. The site management is committed to the confidentiality and privacy of the client and this privacy is the top priority of the site. Personal information is stored in the site's systems for the purpose of managing the business and without a time limit, as stated, the site undertakes not to make any use of it.

Payment details are only transferred to the clearing company for the purpose of executing the transaction.

All intellectual property rights on this site, including copyrights, distribution rights, trade secrets, trademarks and all intellectual property of any kind, both regarding the design and page of the site, and regarding the content that appears on it, are the exclusive property of the site management.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or use in any other way any information from the site and/or the site, unless prior written consent has been given by the site management.
Law and Jurisdiction -

The interpretation and enforcement of these regulations and/or any action or dispute arising therefrom will be conducted in accordance with Israeli law only, and the competent court in the city of Tel Aviv will have exclusive jurisdiction.
